She worked with the other realtors to hold joint open houses to generate more traffic on the same day. She made it festive by bringing in a specialty coffee and smoothie truck. The guidance Annie provided on painting my interior a neutral color and replacing the carpet with LVT made a huge impact. Annie was completely helpful through the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure that we close on a house within the timeline needed. She went as far as knocking on doors to help us find a house within our price range and was able to overcome any and all obstacles that might have took place.
