Annie was invaluable in helping us get the property ready for showing as well as determining the price point. Since we were not in town, she would contact or meet various people needed to get the property ready for showing and for completing the sale. Annie was an absolute gem to work with! I don't think anyone else could have handled our difficult transaction as gracefully as she did. We had a rather difficult time getting the buyer's lender to communicate with us and closing was held up for more than two weeks past original closing date. Annie handled things better than anyone else could have, staying on top of it and looking out for our best interest every step of the way.
