During the buying process, she was especially helpful and thorough in explaining all the details and deadlines of the contract, which is especially helpful for a first-time home buyer. To be quite honest, I don't believe my family has ever bought a house without Annie. She has helped my family with at least four homes now. A quick sell and wonderful home buying experience in a difficult market. I contacted Annie Taylor over two years ago, after seeing her name on a sold sign in my neighborhood. I told her I was over a year away from being ready to move, but she still made time to visit our home; Annie made recommendations that would improve my home’s value and make it sell quicker. Fast forward two years, and after I made the necessary improvements, Annie sold the home in less than two weeks. The next trick was finding a suitable home for my daughter and me, within a certain zip code and price range. Currently Memphis real estate is a huge sellers market, which made the task more difficult. Nonetheless, after patiently showing us numerous homes, we made a deal and are extremely happy. Annie has been pleasant and easy to contact. She put together helpful displays for our property, such as a drone assisted video which showed the beauty of the land for sale. Annie was great publicizing and selling our lots and worked diligently at helping us. Any time there was a problem, she was quick to solve it. My wife and I had the good fortune of meeting Annie in the process of buying a house in Germantown where she was the listing agent. Annie sold us our first home and when it came time to purchase a bigger home we instantly knew Annie would be our realtor again, we wouldn't have it any other way. When we told Annie what we were looking for in a new home, she took that to heart and worked hard to find us a home with everything we needed AND wanted. We submitted an offer on a home we fell in love with but there were multiple offers on the house. Because of Annie's advice and amazing negotiation skills, our offer was accepted.
